Hi, welcome to my page. My Name is Kathy the owner of Frozen Moments by Kathy LLC. I invite you to explore my work and to learn more about the photographer behind the lens. As a born go-getter, I give 100% to every new project I take on and get to know each and every one of my clients and couples. I'm a wedding and portrait photographer! I'm based out of York, PA but I do travel to Hanover, Lancaster and surrounding areas. I even travel into Maryland and other states. I am a insured photographer. That would love to work with you. $50 non refundable Retainer fee for all regular shoots

**Travel fee outside of York county is $50.00 this is for any photo session or wedding. If its more then 1 hour away it may be more.
*Wedding packages do not include 6% Pa Sales tax this will be added.

I'm a mom of 3 amazing kids, 2 boys and 1 daughter
I have always lived in York county.
I enjoy going camping and going to the beach, My dream is to have a beach house at Wildwood NJ.
I love Starbucks and Cherry Pepsi, you will not see me with out one or the other.
My favorite season is Summer and Fall
I love to go on adventures.
I grew up on a Dairy Farm in Brogue, PA

About Me
Incorporating both my interests in technology and art, photography was a field I was instantly attracted to. Choosing a second career in photography was the easiest choice I ever made and I’ve never looked back. I work full time at OSS Health during the day but id rather be taking photos and doing what I love.
I love to capture a keepsake for a lifetime.
I always have a consultation meeting and I have a questionnaire packet that I go over with my clients, beforehand in order to understand their vision and expectations of me for there big day or just a session. If you’d like to learn more about me and my work don’t hesitate to get in touch.
